Funtastic Island
Funtastic Island was the first project led by the Owasso Community Foundation. This incredible children’s playground located at the Owasso Sports Park just east of Garnett on 116th North has become a favorite place for families to enjoy unhurried time with one another. The Owasso Community Foundation raised funds and recruited volunteers to purchase and install the playground.
Owasso Neighborhood Grants
The Owasso Community Foundation, in partnership with the City of Owasso, reviews and allocates funds for the Owasso Neighborhood Grant Program. Together, we have funded hundreds of grants totaling more than $100,000, creating more than $350,000 in total community impact! That’s $3.66 of value for every $1 given away!
Special Projects
This is our community. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of life in Owasso. Through partnerships with local businesses, non-profits, and neighborhoods, we equip people and fund special projects.
