The Owasso Community Foundation exists to develop strategic partnerships that strengthen our community. We connect individuals and organizations with the resources and training they need to make Owasso a great place to live.

Owasso Neighborhood Grants

The Owasso Community Foundation, in partnership with the City of Owasso, reviews and allocates funds for the Owasso Neighborhood Grant Program. Together, we have funded more than 70 grants totaling more than $50,000 creating more than $183,000 in total community impact! That’s $3.66 of value for every $1 given away!

These projects benefit neighborhoods all over the city and improve the quality of life for everyone!

Funtastic Island

Funtastic Island was the first project led by the Owasso Community Foundation. This incredible children’s playground located at the Owasso Sports Park just east of Garnett on 116th North has become a favorite place for families to enjoy unhurried time with one another. The Owasso Community Foundation raised funds and recruited volunteers to purchase and install the playground.

Special Projects

This is our community. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of life in Owasso. Through partnerships with local non-profits, neighborhoods, and people throughout the city, we equip people and fund special projects. We hope to connect individuals and organizations as we all work to strengthen those characteristics that make Owasso and attractive, engaging place to call home.
